Which ID will win our vote?

We have approached 4 IDs in total. Choosing just one ID results in INSECURITY, choosing too may IDs results in CONFUSION.

We will probably make a decision once we received the finalised quotation from each ID firm. Only the firm that meet our needs within our given budget will be given the exclusive honour "to burn our pockets"and still be able to bring smiles to our face.
